Multi-lane Converger

The versatile AEW Delford Systems Converger has been specifically designed to meet the need for channelling products from any multi-lane packing machine into a single line.

Fully adjustable to accommodate between 2 and 6 lines, the Converger can be changed to any configuration within minutes.

With microprocessor based electronics and a series of clutch-brake belt conveyor systems, the unit takes product from the multi-lane discharge and spaces into single file.

To ensure continuous product flow, a monitor checks the operation and can feed back a visual or shut down signal to the wrapper.

Integrated Systems
