APS 200
AEW Delford Systems APS 200 is
an automatic, horizontal bandsaw with high blade speed and automatic
feed providing fast, accurate, constant thickness portioning of
bone-in and hard frozen product.
It cuts up to 180 portions per minute, enabling a single operator
to produce 600kgs (1300lbs) of constant thickness portions in one
hour.
The APS 200 gives easy and precise control of portion
thickness to an accuracy of 0.1mm, with maximum yields from an ultra-high
speed bandsaw blade.
No tempering is required – the APS 200 portions
hard frozen product with a superb quality cut leaving no smear,
no curl, no bone chips and no saw dust on the surface of the product.
It offers high quality construction and is totally enclosed for
improved safety.
